These Terms of Service apply to all appointments, enquiries, and gown purchases made with Imagine Bridal Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking an appointment or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

A booking fee may apply to Dress Discovery appointments and is redeemable only under the conditions stated at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary.

2. Pricing & Payments

All gown prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

To confirm a made-to-order gown, a 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase. This deposit secures your order with the designer and confirms production.

The remaining balance is payable prior to collection, either as:

  • a structured payment plan, or

  • a final payment before arrival

All gowns must be paid in full before release.

Payments may be made via bank transfer or credit card..

3. Made-to-Order Gowns

All bridal gowns are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Once an order is placed, it is sent to the designer and cannot be changed or cancelled after the cooling-off period (see Section 4).

4. Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by notifying us in writing.

If cancelled within this period:

  • your remaining balance is waived

  • your deposit is retained to cover administrative and production costs

After 24 hours, all orders become final and non-refundable.

5. Alterations

Alterations are not included in gown pricing.

All gowns require alterations for final fit and are the responsibility of the client.

We are not responsible for third-party alteration work or outcomes.

6. Production & Timelines

Estimated production timelines are provided by the designer and are subject to change.

Delays may occur due to production, shipping, or customs processes outside our control.

We are not liable for delays once an order has been placed with the designer.

7. Sample Gowns & Try-Ons

Sample gowns remain the property of Imagine Bridal Studio.

All care is taken during appointments; however, normal wear may occur through try-ons.

We reserve the right to refuse fitting of gowns where necessary to protect garment integrity.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • changes in body measurements after ordering

  • delays caused by designers or shipping providers

  • variations in fabric, colour, or workmanship within normal designer tolerances

  • alteration outcomes performed by third parties

Our liability is limited to the value of the gown purchased.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
